Client Care Coordinator
Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for an organized individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This position involves managing quality assurance with extensive one-on-one interaction with clients and families. This person is responsible for effectively managing multiple demands that come with the changing needs of clients. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced organization and possess excellent communication skills, be service-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team environment.
The perfect candidate must possess home health care knowledge to best understand the care needs of seniors and how to help them as new challenges arise. The candidate will be expected to communicate with both clients and families regarding health care needs as well as caregivers to update and educate on how to continue and adjust care as the aging process progresses.
This position also has a marketing and sales component as well.

- Maintain accurate information in our system
- Be a team player and wherever is needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 2 year experience in Healthcare
- Experienced with caregiving preferred but not required
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently
