Your Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the daily operations of the agency, meeting financial and service goals as determined by the agency Owner
- Supervise human resources, recruiting, client services, and the sales team, including their targets and KPIs.
Job Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business or health care; a Bachelor's degree with pertinent work experience is also acceptable
- Proficient in advanced technologies
- Skilled in managing people and teams effectively to hit and exceed targets
- Growth-minded with a focus on sales, expenses, and all financial metrics
- Knowledgeable about regulations (AHCA, wage and hour, Dept of Labor, etc.)
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Professional in both appearance and conduct
