Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, physicians, independent living facilities and assisted living facilities.
- Drive sales goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Plan and execute strategies to promote our services and increase client base.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Home Instead representing our values and mission.
- Provide detailed information about our services and care plans to potential clients.
- Establish and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential.
Qualifications
- You have a college degree OR
- You have 2yrs sales experience (consultative sales is a plus).
- You have 2yrs marketing experience.
- You have 2yrs community outreach experience.
- You have 2yrs of professional relationship building experience.
- You have a valid driver’s license w / a reliable vehicle car insurance.
Here’s Your New Schedule!
- 8am-5pm / Mon-Fri
- May report to Lee's Summit and other offices on rotating schedule
- Must be able to work evenings or weekends intermittently
