- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation and activities with clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate individuals
