Job Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. This role involves interacting with guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services, customer service, or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management is advantageous
