Job Description
The Vacancy Coordinator’s primary functions entail tracking and screening all applicants that apply while following our predetermined qualification process, properly posting vacant units and filling those vacancies within a timely manner, helping with the placement of new tenants, and assisting with performing office management and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Posting vacant units in our databases and following up with prospective tenants
- Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
- Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
- Supporting the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Answering phone/emails within a timely manner
- Using various software, including word, excel, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software's

Requirements
- This is not a Remote position, this position is working out of our Lancaster, PA HQ
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Previous experience in accounting preferred
