We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Vacancy Manager to join our team! As the Vacancy Manager at Home365, you will be responsible for overseeing the vacancy department.

In this position, you’ll have to manage and an operational function, so we expect you to be a hardworking, as well as an inspiring leader.

We are interested in candidates open to working in Las Vegas, NV or Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team responsible for tracking and screening all applicants that apply while following our predetermined qualification process
  • Ensure team is properly posting vacant units and filing those vacancies within a timely manner
  • Help team with placement of new tenants and assisting with performing office management duties
  • Responsible for ensuring team is completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information
  • Ensure team is providing lease renewals to all tenants as need
  • Ensure team is sending out completed security deposit dispositions within the allotted time to tenants after vacating the property
  • Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
  • Lead by example while assisting, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • Be a motivator for the department and create inclusive environment for employees
  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics
  • Create reports for the upper management
  • Maintain relationships with partners and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • 3 – 5 years Management Experience
  • Hands on experience managing teams, strategic planning, and business development
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
  • Understand the technology
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritization, multi-tasking, time-management, planning, communication, goal setting, and driving projects to execution are very imperative for this position

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
