HomeCentris Healthcare is seeking a goal orientated Recruitment/Onboarding Specialist with excellent outreach, and a proven track record. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for sourcing, establishing, and maintaining relationships with new hires. Roles to recruit for will include but are not limited to Caregivers, CNA's or CMT's etc.

Essential Job Duties:
- Execute full lifecycle recruitment for open positions.
- Develop a pool of candidates in advance of needs.
- On-boards new candidates in accordance with company policies to agency to meet the demand of agency clients.
- Interviews and evaluates applicant fit with agency and completes interview assessment forms.
- Assists new candidates with required paperwork.
- Assists candidates with timely completion of background screenings, required licenses/certifications, and physician examinations prior to scheduling new care givers.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Professional Requirements:
- Two years of recruiting experience.
- Two years of candidate sourcing experience.
- One year of candidate onboarding experience.
- Five years of customer service experience.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
