We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our rapidly growing brand. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in bringing the brand to life online and in-store by supporting a variety of critical initiatives. The role will be responsible for the development and execution of content on HomeGoods.com as well as supporting retail marketing initiatives in-store. The Specialist will strongly support the growth of the HomeGoods business through sharp and impactful marketing and sound critical thinking. The Specialist reports into the Brand Marketing Manager.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of HomeGoods.com content to drive brand objectives
- Partner with marketing manager to brief and evaluate website content, including seasonal site updates and support for cross-channel marketing priorities
- Manage creative calendars & QA site content to ensure an accurate, consistent voice in alignment with HomeGoods brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging themes
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Media & Digital Marketing, Creative and Project Management to ensure successful execution of responsibilities
- Support seasonal brand photo shoots, using business input and collaborating across the team to assess needs; assist in merchandise procurement and pre-production process
- Support in-store marketing by managing operational requests, maintaining the signage archive, and coordinating store lists for sign packages
- Assist with gift card program, including the development of planograms for in-store and online experiences, and maintain competitive audit of the gift card landscape
- Partner with colleagues in public relations, social media, paid media, etc. to ensure seamless execution of projects. Drive coordination between teams to further amplify integrated programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in marketing preferred
- Agile problem solver with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to deadlines and provide follow-up to ensure completeness and quality.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and work in the grey.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills. Ability to build relationships, interact professionally and comfortably.
- Works well as a team and as an independent contributor.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.

This role is hybrid requiring two days per week in the Framingham, MA office. This role is not open to remote.
