Repairs Scheduler
HomeGuard Incorporated is now on the search for the next member of our Repair Department team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Scheduling home repairs with customers.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to our customers in the Real Estate Industry.
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Be a problem solver.
- Keep contact with work crews and customers.
- Follow-through with orders taken to completion to assure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain database integrity as it pertains to customer information.
- Maintain Customer Service contacts thru email and email program.
- Take on projects as needed.
To be successful in this position the following qualifications are necessary:
- Exceptional phone skills; easily builds rapport and establishes strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient with Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and Access.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Must be enthusiastic, have a strong can-do attitude and be a team player.
- Problem solving skills.
- Windows Operating System and Office knowledge and experience.
- The ability to operate basic office machinery (fax/copier/printer)
- Superb communication skills (writing, listening, and speaking)
- Work effectively with distractions around.
- Self-motivated to work without constant direct supervision.
- Yet you can also be successful as a part of a team environment.
- Work well under pressure – with time sensitive deadlines.
- Good attendance record a must.
