Uncapped CommissionsSalary Commensurate with Experience Home Base Ft. Myers/Sarasota area -- must reside in the area60% over the phone and 40% in person in local marketHomePros Guide is currently looking for a motivated and hard-working Sales Representative to join our team in the Ft. Myers/Sarasota area. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be able to offer your clients different products focusing on the niche home improvement market which includes our magazine, our home professional directory on our website, direct mailers and inserts, and digital advertising. Job Responsibilities Include:
- Manage sales pipeline with 100% emphasis on developing new business opportunities, majority done over the phone, some in-person meetings will be required.
- Conduct in-field prospecting as well as over the phone prospecting.
- Make outbound calls and present our magazine to potential clients in full clarity.
- Manage the relationships and work with the administration team.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Maintain the CRM database.
- Confidentially close deals with new clientele.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Occasional travel to the Broward office (Expenses Paid).
- 75% over the phone and 25% in person in local market
