Job Details:
- Salary: $13-$14/hr $2/hr Weekend Premium Pay
- Weekend Premium Pay! ($2/hr more than base pay for hours worked between 10pm Friday-10pm Sunday)
- Job Type: Full Time or Part-Time
- Shift Hours: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a direct care professional for residents and performing functions of direct care staff including:
- Assisting residents with daily living
- Personal care
- Hygiene needs
- Transporting residents
- Administering medication
- Meal preparation
- Behavior management, etc.
- Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.
Qualifications Include:
- Must be at least 18 years old and above.
- Demonstrated skill and/or potential in working with individuals with special needs in a supportive environment.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain self-composure and self-control under stressful conditions
- Ability to remain comfortable and composed when clients may exhibit aggressive, challenging, or offensive behaviors.
- Valid driver’s license for 3 years with an acceptable driving record per HIL’s policy, is strongly preferred.
- Access to an insured vehicle is strongly preferred.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment TB test and health screen.
