Leasing Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing mobile homes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and contribute to the growth of our property management company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of available units
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize leasing opportunities
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Complete lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is accurately completed
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rental payments
- Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and pricing
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient turnover of vacant units
- Adhere to fair housing laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations
- Proven customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to effectively upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms for both the tenant and the company
- Exceptional customer service skills, including phone etiquette and professional written communication
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management, including Section 8 housing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
