What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Install Tech 1 position at HomeServe?
We are looking for a qualified HVAC Installation Technician 1 who can provide excellent customer service as well as learn and grow with our CroppMetcalfe family.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to Braze
- Ability to hang disconnects
- Level outdoor units
- Ability to install outdoor units
- Ability to hook up recovery machine and vacuum pump
- Ability to run line set
- Ability to charge a/c and heat pump units
- Ability to hang T-stat and CO detectors
- Set equipment for AC, Coil, Furnace, and Air Handler
- Install humidifier and UV light
- Ability to run maintenance calls
- Process invoices
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Ability to learn and grow
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen test
