RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews the day’s menus and assembles food, supplies and equipment for daily food preparation
- Assure that all necessary items are on site for the following day’s menu and all frozen items pulled and thawed
- Serve meals and beverages. Offer alternates and/or additional servings to residents and visitors.
- Set up dining room prior to each meal with tablecloths, napkins, silverware, condiments, etc...
- Keep all condiment containers filled and cleaned.
- Clean dining area after meal service.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or administrator.
- Inform dietary manager of any supplies that are needed
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- The Ideal Candidate will be Patient, Caring, Organized and Able to Multi-Task
- Required to Pass a Background Check
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED
- Willing to Work a Flexible Schedule, when needed
- Must Possess a Team Spirit, Good Character, and Personal Integrity
