What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at Hometown Chevrolet?
- Make Customer Satisfaction number one
- Determine the wants and needs of our customers to select the best automobile
- Assist customer buying decisions that are beneficial to the customer, the dealership, and you, face to face, by phone, throughout the entire Sales process.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and schedule appointments with those customers
- Initiate follow up calls with unsold customers, along with customer satisfaction calls
- Obtain referrals for future customers
Skills, Experience, and Educational Qualifications:
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day
- Be knowledgeable on all inventory as well as industry-specific comparisons
- Professional appearance to appeal to the general public
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and essential computer software
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Full time position - Saturday hours required
