- Oversee the entire meat cutting process, from receiving inventory to preparing products for sale.

- Utilize effective package and presentation techniques to enhance the visual appeal of products.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized meat department, adhering to high standards of food safety and handling.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food production and minimize waste.
- Conduct inventory management, ordering supplies and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and promote products.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of meat cuts, product offerings, and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food industry regulations and maintain a high level of food safety awareness.
