You’ll build relationships with clients, generate qualified leads, and convert those leads into lifelong customers. The ideal candidate for this position is currently a licensed professional, or can gain licensure within 90 days of hire, and thrive on making deals while talking with people out in the field. Responsibilities

  • Craft personalized cards to send on special occasions for birthdays, thank-yous, congratulations, gifts, and pop-bys, when appropriate
  • Execute “Just Ask” calls for the company on a weekly basis to provide status updates on loan files to agents and borrowers
  • Provide calls and handwritten notes to database, realtors, and referral sources through the outlined Daily Success Plan
  • Place calls from a curated list of banks, credit unions, etc with a goal of 30 calls per week
  • Manage appointments with agents, bankers, and professionals for lunches and happy hours with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face meetings a week

Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation to attend client meetings
  • A current NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker licensure or certification is required or must be willing to get licensed within 90 days of employment
  • Exhibit a high-level of skill with time management, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal aptitude
  • Awareness of current sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role

Compensation

$75,000 - $250,000 yearly
