Job Description:
The Director of Client Operations will focus on and drive the expansion of the logistics services offered by HometownLX. As a key management team member, the Director of Client Operations will help drive growth throughout the company while coaching peers to identify and execute strategies to increase client retention/attraction. This role's main areas of focus include team leadership, new strategy execution, and growth-driven sales. The implementation and sales of these expanded products will be a key piece of Hometown’s continued growth and expansion.
