The Evening Social Attendant is a North Point Ambassador who contributes to a positive guest experience by greeting guests warmly and interacting with them and by proper management of space/workflow, delivery of food orders from the bar area and replenishment of food, snacks, or drinks in the dining area.


Essential Functions:

  • Greets and welcomes guests warmly.
  • Ensures proper management of space/workflow to ensure the best possible guest experience.
  • Brings guests materials/food items as needed.
  • Preparation and cleaning of the dining area & kitchen area (at the beginning and end of shift).
  • Replenishes food, snacks, or drinks in the dining area.
  • Preparation of food orders from the rooftop bar.
  • Delivering food orders to the rooftop bar.

Shifts: 3pm - 11pm

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to maintain timeliness and attendance.
  • Previous restaurant and customer service experience required.
  • Knowledge of food preparation.
  • Previous point of sale system experience is an asset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

Semi-professional work environment requiring uniform dress. Requires frequent interaction with guests and other employees.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to talk and listen. This position requires the ability to frequently lift supplies, trays, beverage containers, up to 20 pounds. This job requires constant standing or walking for varying lengths of time. Occasional kneeling, pushing, & pulling. Occasional ascending or descending stairs. This job will require use of fingers and hands, moving them quickly to handle food, dishes, glassware, and merchandise.
