Our Night Audit Position works the front desk from 11pm – 7am
Modern Technology does most of the audit process leaving you free to take care of the guest.
Be the one to wish them a good night and good morning!
Welcome the weary traveler, the late-night check-in's and assist the early departures.
Provide local knowledge and recommendations, and a friendly face for those unable to sleep.
Offer them that first cup of coffee to help them get started with their day.

Night Audit Responsibilities include:
Welcome and Greet all guests in a friendly professional manner
Operate the front desk and be familiar with all it's functions
Assist Guests with requests, questions, and handle complaints
Close out the front desk functions and reporting for the day
Answer the phone in a friendly, professional and helpful manner and direct calls
Maintain knowledge of the local area, events, and hotel offerings
Homewood/ Tru Albany Crossgates Mall is a Maine Course Hospitality property

Requirements:
Night Audit Requirements Include:
Must be able to be alert and friendly during entire shift
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Professional yet friendly demeanor
Service Attitude
Reliability and Accountability are paramount

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
