About this Position:
The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for ensuring New Model mass production readiness as well as maintaining and improving the overall sub-equipment/ programming related issues, such as Robot EOAT, Laser programming, Molding machines, Drill equipment, etc. This includes daily and monthly reporting and operation standard accuracy. Commits to achieving goals within guidelines and values of the organization; drives continuous improvement in all organizational processes; tackles problems directly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
* Leads accident/safety counter measure activity
* Blow Mold and Injection machine programming / processing
* Lead training of associates on molding machines
* Laser and Drill machine programming
* Approve Op-standard changes
* Build Robot EOAT and adjustments
* Countermeasure reoccurring problems through equipment modifications
* New model "We Are Ready" Information
* Work with New Model to create Scope of Work for Equipment
* Drawing verification for Tools and Dies utilizing Auto Cad and Catia / Makes design changes
* Leads New Model trials and Condition verification
* Support production in daily activities
Who we are seeking:
Required Experience:
* 2 to 6 years' experience, preferably in Plastic's or Coatings
Required Education:
* BS Degree in Engineering or relevant manufacturing experience
Other job specific skills:
* Strong communication skills: Verbal and Written.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrated experience assembling project schedules and Gantt charts.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Must be able and willing to work flexible hours and weekends.
* Must be available for occasional travel (Domestic and International)
* Occasional overtime may be required without advance notice.
* Presentations to management as required.

* Strong interpersonal skills
* The ability to work as an individual or part of a team to manage parallel projects while working with minimal supervision.
* Must have the ability and willingness to work additional overtime hours without advanced notice with potential travel on short notice.
* Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends when needed to maintain schedule.
