What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Representative position at Honest Air, Inc?
We are currently hiring a Customer Care Representative/Dispatcher. We offer full time work, Monday through Friday, Retirement Plan, Paid time off, Vacation, Health Insurance and more. The position consists of coordinating appointments for technicians at customer homes to maximize productivity and be the liaison between the company, technician and customer. Answering phone calls, Quickbooks and general office work.
Job responsibilities:
- Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain technician schedules.
- Schedule calls, enter service calls and debrief with technicians.
- Contact customers if there is a delay in their scheduled time.
- Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.
- General Office duties to include but not limited to filing, data input, answering phones calls
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills including Work, Excel and QuickBooks.
