What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate/Customer Service position at Honey Bee Stamps, LLC?
Honey Bee Stamps is a family-owned company based in Lebanon, Oregon. We design and manufacture Stamps, Dies and Paper Craft Supplies which we sell to customers and retail stores all over the world! We are currently hiring for a Full-time warehouse associate who can also help as backup for customer care.
Tasks will include:
- Printing daily orders and shipping labels
- Pulling, packing and shipping orders in our warehouse
- Checking orders for accuracy
- Packaging our line of products
- Stocking items and and warehouse shelves
- Small tasks as needed such as cleaning and organizing work areas
- Helping with customer care (phone and emails) as needed
This job would be ideal for someone who has knowledge of paper crafting (scrapbooking or card making, etc) however, it’s not a requirement. We are seeking someone who adapts easily and doesn’t mind that their day-to-day tasks can change throughout the work day.
Skills we are looking for...
- Computer savvy (we use Mac systems in our office)
- People skills are a must, we work closely together as a team
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized with varying tasks on your plate
- Detail oriented
We are looking for someone to work full-time, Monday through Friday. Typical work hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm.
