Customer Service/Front Desk
- Greet visitors
- Review complex customer orders for accuracy – must have strong attention to detail
- Enter customer orders into our ERP system (ECi MAX)
- Collect payments for prepaid orders
- Assist customers with questions or concerns
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Sort & distribute mail
- Filing
- Match invoices to packing slips for Accounts payable
- Other data entry as needed
Complete other duties as required
