As a Fabricator Class 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal parts and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications. You will report directly to our Fabrication Supervisor and work out of our facility in St. Louis, Missouri on a regular on-site work schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine fabrication requirements
- Operate various fabrication equipment and tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding machines
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using welding, brazing, and soldering techniques
- Perform quality checks on fabricated components to ensure they meet required specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any fabrication issues and ensure timely completion of projects
