We have an opportunity for a Lead Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Foam and Industrial Products (FIP) team in the Honeywell Advanced Materials business. The Lead Customer Marketing Specialist defines and drives the Marketing strategy and execution across FIP business with the goal of demonstrating marketing’s impact on revenue and supporting sustainable organic business growth. The role also involves building communication strategy around Sustainability, with an objective of defending and extending customer base
This high-visibility / high-impact role will be based in Morris Plains, New Jersey
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and define the Marketing strategy for Foam and Industrial Products (FIP), including Healthcare, based on business growth targets and priorities, and deliver on KPIs viz. Marketing Generated Pipeline (MGP) and Marketing Generated Revenue (MGR)
- Define and lead the implementation of strategic digital transformation initiatives like account-based marketing, social media strategy, lead nurture programs, webpages optimization and enhancing user experience across all digital channels
- Work with Honeywell Corporate Sustainability teams to cross-leverage GTM strategies and build matrix driven engagement and demand generation programs for Advanced Materials
- Partner with CoE, Marketing Operations, Digital and IT teams to leverage their skillset to build customer centric campaigns and to improve campaign outcome
- Represent Customer Marketing in FIP Leadership Team meetings and keep the business engaged at all stakeholder levels and across GTM program roll-out
- Stay involved with regional marketing managers and business leaders to get the greater mindshare for FIP and Sustainability marketing programs
- Manage LOB’s global marketing budget
WE VALUE
- Graduate or Post Graduate qualification in Marketing, Communications or allied streams
- Strong leadership experience in marketing of 9-12 years
- Demonstrable experience of working on entire digital marketing mix and tactics, and how to align growth targets and marketing automation processes
- Strong experience working with demanding teams and complex go-to-market approaches
