Join a team responsible for technical support of test stations - perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) across multiple production product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting test equipment, including subassembly, end item and Environmental Stress Screening stations in a fast-paced production environment. In this position the successful candidate will engage in test equipment repair efforts and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
YOU MUST HAVE

Experience in test support
2-year technical degree
Ability to troubleshoot circuit cards to component level
Practical experience working with engineering equipment
Ability to find effective solutions based on root causes and apply six sigma procedures
Sound technical judgment and opinions
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team or project setting
Self-motivated individuals who can work with little supervision and consistently take initiative
Ability to make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness

- High levels of engagement with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Engineering
- Supports ISC Operations in maintaining technical excellence across the supply base
