Tow Truck Operator

Hooked Up Pasco INC is looking to hire a tow truck driver! We are a locally owned , family company looking to add to our team. You will be on call 24/7 during your shift. This will include nights and weekends. This is a full time job, commission based, due to the commission pay if we are slow certain times of the year then you have a minimum guarantee of $580 a week. During this time you typically work 15 - 20 hours.

• We are seeking a hardworking, motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and individual work.
• Have the ability to lift 75 lbs on a routine basis and physically able to bend, crawl, or climb, in all weather conditions.
• You will need to have a strong knowledge of vehicles.
• You need to read, write, & speak English fluently.
• You will need to be able to operate a smart phone as all our dispatching is done through apps.
• You must be willing to work a flexible on call schedule that will include nights, holidays and weekends.
• You will have to pass a Washington State Patrol Background check , pre employment UA and if employed, random UAs. We CANNOT hire you if you have ANY convictions.
• With application you should also submit an accurate 10 year driving abstract.
• You must live in the Tri - Cities area.
• CDL A, a plus and will bump up pay, but not required.
