Hoosier Contractors is currently looking to expand our team of Field Consultants to assist in handling the influx of business due to storm damage such as hail and wind that affect the Greater Indianapolis Area. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need driven, energetic, and independent individuals to join our team.

No experience? No problem. Hoosier Contractors provides an award-winning training program to fully develop capable and proficient representatives within a short period of time. Individuals we hire receive hands-on training on the basic construction and storm damage knowledge they need to assist homeowners through the restoration process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Generate additional leads and build personal pipeline. Maximize job closure rates. Find new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule. You will develop knowledge of effective communication techniques and familiarity with the residential construction industry. Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer’s needs while providing the best possible solution to build lasting relationships with your homeowners. Be a positive representation of Hoosier Contractors.

Job Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
• Able bodied (maneuver and climb a ladder)
• Complete 6-month Training Course
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
