What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRSS Receptionist position at HOPE, Inc.?
Essential Duties
· Provides basic administrative support to the site to include the following: printing, faxing, copying, preparing and formatting documents, writing letters, taking minutes during meetings, track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
· Provides reception support to include greeting members as they come in, answering phones, and relaying messages to staff at the worksite.
· General correspondence with clients, vendors and business partners.
· Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
· Provide services in accordance with a member’s individual service plan (ISP) and coordinates with other staff on the recovery team.
· Schedule conference rooms and other shared spaces for meetings and trainings.
· Works with member to navigate and use community resources in an effective manner.
· Relates own recovery process in a positive and supportive manner through coaching, role modeling and mentoring in order to assist members in developing skills to achieve their goals.
· Advocates for members, as needed, to ensure delivery of necessary services.
· Completes documentation for behavioral health record in accordance with agency and funding source requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
