What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Hope's Bridal?
We are seeking a motivated leader to join our wonderful team. Ideal candidate should have retail experience, proven leadership, and strong communication skills. Our store manager will be responsible for regular communication with the Davenport team and our other location, problem solving, driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. As a family owned and operated business, we strive to provide a warm and flexible environment for both our staff and clients. Our manager should be caring and a good listener, and work to ensure our positive culture is maintained in our Davenport location with support from ownership. Minimal travel to our Atkins location, particularly while training, will be expected (1.5 hour drive). If you love people, fashion, and celebrating special moments, this could be the perfect job for you! Pay rate will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience. Weekend hours are required. No late nights!
