Residential CPST Service Provider

Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a CPST Provider (Case Manager) to join our Athens, OH Behavioral Health Respite Crisis Stabilization Unit.

As a CPST Provider, you will be responsible for providing Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Services to severely and persistently mentally ill clients in a residential setting. Applicants must be confident in running groups as well as doing individual treatment.

What do we look for in our CPST Providers??

• HS Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3 years’ experience in Case Management and specialty trainings in de-escalation and crisis is preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate and work with persons receiving services, their families, community service providers, and team members in the assessment, problem solving, and delivery of rehabilitative services
• Experience in case management, AOD and/or Mental Health field
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients and their families.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and vehicle suitable for transportation. (Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience and be at least 21 years of age)
• Must be personable, reliable, and organized.
