Job Description
Part time- 4 hours daily to start 11-3PM
We are a new clinic with new management and recently reopened our doors and reengaging marketing at this time.
We need an outgoing, friendly, self-motivated, self managed front desk staff to open the office daily.
* You must have a passion for your own health to work here. A clean healthy appearance is required.
We are looking for a leader to guide our practice toward continued growth.
Responsibilities are to be in charge of
IT Department; Oversee the payroll, scheduling in Google calendar, System Survey Maestro software for Nutritional analysis Reports and Nutrition Sales, assisting with updating business listings on all platforms
- Greeting patients and explaining our services, fees, insurance verification
- Make follow-up calls, Answer the phone, Schedule appointments
- You must have knowledge of the effects of chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy to work here to answer the patients questions
- Explain fees and accept payments
- Enter Patient demographics in computer and Square app
- Describe products available for purchase at the clinic
- Take payments on SQUARE and assist IT Dept in improving our online sales channels on Square and SEO, etc..
- Assist with Computers
- Ensure the rooms and office are cleaned daily
Requirements are EXPERIENCE:
- Customer service
- multitask
- Connect with people and motivating them to achieve their goals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
