Position Summary & Qualifications

As a Clinical Coordinator you will oversee our outpatient behavioral health services team and ensure that quality services are provided to our clients. You will participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising staff, as well as serving as a clinical resource for consultation for staff. This position will serve as a liaison to community partners; establishes and maintains community partnerships; assists with educating the community and service providers on MAT/MOUD program services. In addition, the Clinical Coordinator will participate in the development of overall program curriculum ensuring compliance with fidelity to selected evidence-based programs and services, Federal, State, and local regulatory guidelines; assists with development of policies, procedures, and program protocol/guidelines.  The Clinical Coordinator will participate in HRSA MAT grant funded activities and provide administrative oversight to MAT/MOUD program. 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years’ experience providing client care in a behavioral health setting.
• 2 years’ experience providing behavioral health case management services.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check.

Qualifications Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Demonstrates knowledge of special populations such as substance abuse.
• Knowledgeable of benefit and entitlements process and available community resources
