Job Details:
- Monday through Friday
- 9am-5pm
- Manalapan, NJ (in office)
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines, to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Social Media:
- Curate and share industry-specific articles, blog posts, news, and other relevant content on the company's social media pages and further develop the company’s social media presence.
Job Postings:
- Develop standardized templates for job descriptions that can be tailored to specific job openings. Research the roles and responsibilities of each position and customize the job postings to attract qualified candidates to the company.
- Develop and maintain job announcements tailored for email & text marketing campaigns
Email/Text Marketing:
- Utilize the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to segment lists based on specific criteria such as job title, location, or previous interactions with the company for targeted and personalized email & text marketing campaigns.
Business Lead Development
- Develop and implement digital campaigns aimed at generating leads for new business opportunities. This may involve creating targeted advertisements, email campaigns, or other online marketing initiatives.
Administrative Duties
- Perform administrative task as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Proficiency in using Wordpress
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
