We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Roofing Sales team! If you don't have roofing knowledge, no worries! We provide hybrid training with mentorship, an online training platform, and a supportive team environment.
- Trainees can make $50k in commissions during their first year, depending on the level of effort.
- Our top earners make well over $250k a Year!
Responsibilities:
- Must be motivated and self starting
- Must be willing to prospect, self-generate leads & run office leads.
- Experience in residential or commercial roofing sales is a strong advantage, but not necessary for success
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Clean, neat, and professional appearance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Responsibilities include prospecting, running leads, estimating projects, measuring roofs, creating work orders, taking pictures, and professional communication with customers and other team members
