What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations Consultant position at Horizon Solutions?

We are rolling out several new promotional campaigns this year and have immediate openings for energetic professionals to join our Customer Relations team.

Position Overview:

  • Attract the attention of potential customers in an assigned territory
  • Customize product presentations to meet custom preferences
  • Educate customers on our clients’ products, benefits, and values
  • Overturn objections and smoothly guide customers’ decisions
  • Listen for customer feedback and report insights back to the marketing team
  • Immerse yourself in training sessions and proactively seek information
  • Step into various roles when needed to contribute to campaign success
  • Track and report inventory and production daily

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality and/or sales experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to pass a Background Check
  • Charismatic, vivacious personality
  • Strong relationship building abilities
  • Above average communication skills
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Motivated by both individual and collective success
  • Inherently positive and professional

Salary: $36,500.00 to $54,600.00 /year
