Pay Range: $65,000-$85,000 annually
Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.

As a Human Resource Analyst, play a key role in supporting the HR department by providing data analysis, reporting, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data, generating reports, and maintaining the HRIS system. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources, such as employee records, surveys, performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
- Assist with total rewards management by participating in compensation surveys and conduct salary benchmarking and provide insights on competitive compensation practices.
- Gather relevant market data and compare internal salary structures to industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Monitor and track HR data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
HRIS Management (UKG)
- Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Collaborate with IT and People and Culture to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting HRIS-related issues, and providing training to Horrocks’ staff as needed.
- Maintain and update HRIS documentation, including system configurations, data dictionaries, and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS systems and recommend system improvements or new technologies to enhance HR operations.
- UKG Modules: Performance management, Compensation, Document Management, People Assist.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data management efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement standardized data collection and reporting procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance HR analytics capabilities and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate data quality and reporting accuracy, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role, with expertise in reporting, and HRIS management.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
