We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Oversee and supervise a team of office staff
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
