GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the Human Resource Department of Hospice of Havasu with 24-hour, day-to-day operations accountability. Hospice of Havasu is a not-for-profit, patient centered team of professionals and volunteers who serve the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the incurably ill and their families. The Human Resources Manager will plan, organize, and direct a variety of complex professional human resource functions. The Human Resources Manager serves as a member of the senior management team. Business acumen, financial prudence and a serving philosophy is a key component of this function. The Human Resource Manager routinely travels between all the organization’s offices in Mohave County. This position carries supervisory responsibilities.
