An Excellent Opportunity
We are looking for an EMT to transport hospice patients between their residence, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs and our Inpatient Units. We have flexible job options available - full-time, part-time and PRN.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transports patients via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed to designated sites as requested, including patients with oxygen tanks, intravenous pumps, drips, monitors, and other equipment.
- Safely operate ambulance in all weather conditions.
- Assists patients with entering and exiting vehicles, including transfer from or to wheelchairs or stretchers.
- Delivers equipment and specimens to requesting team members or department.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional confidentiality in matters related to patient, family, and client facility staff.
Requisites:
- EMT License.
- CPR Certification.
- One year of experience in health care is preferred.
