Position Profile
Manages daily and monthly schedules for HOV’s Resource Team staff and also assists with inpatient bed coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities
§ Manages phone/email communication effectively and efficiently.
§ Performs scheduling/staffing coordination.
§ Performs accurate and timely scheduling/assignment entry.
§ Provides quality administrative support.
§ Communicates relevant and timely information to appropriate staff.
§ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
Minimum Qualifications
§ High school diploma or equivalent experience.
§ Minimum one year staff scheduling experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
§ Previous experience with staffing software experience preferred.
§ Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred.
