- Leading a team of pie makers, front counter people and delivery drivers during a shift
- Providing an amazing experience for our customers
- Upholding the HotBox Pizza standards for quality products and customer service
- Cash management

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to open and / or close the store without supervision
