What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Hotel 620?
We are looking for either a Part Time or Full Time Night Auditor to join the team! The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, reliable, and is dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Job Overview
Balance guest room, banquet & catering, and miscellaneous charges daily. Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare daily Revenue Report data by auditing Property Management System tapes/journals to breakdown revenue.
- Run audit reports/journals from the front office system.
- Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
- Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary.
- Balance all revenue rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must have basic mathematical skills and the ability to make accurate mathematical calculations.
- Must be able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Previous Hotel Night Auditor Experience Preferred.
*This is an overnight shift that runs from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
