Oversee day-to-day operations for the opening and closing of the pool. Ensure quality and timeliness of service and ambiance. Maintain proper staffing at pool.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to manage pool area.

• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

• Adhere to all hotel and food and beverage departmental rule.

• Supervise employees during shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous supervisory experience in Food and Beverage operations with high volume preferred.

• Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role

• Proven customer service experience.

• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skill.

• BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

• Open Table and Micros experience a plus

• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

• The team member is required to perform all necessary duties of the job. The team members must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
