Oversee day-to-day operations for the opening and closing of the pool. Ensure quality and timeliness of service and ambiance. Maintain proper staffing at pool.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to manage pool area.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Adhere to all hotel and food and beverage departmental rule.
- Supervise employees during shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous supervisory experience in Food and Beverage operations with high volume preferred.
- Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and people skill.
- BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
- Open Table and Micros experience a plus
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
- The team member is required to perform all necessary duties of the job. The team members must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
