We are looking for an accomplished recruiter who knows how to network and find rock star talent.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with Operations leaders and the HR team to assist in the recruiting needs.
- Source and attract highly qualified candidates, conduct interviews, establish and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline of candidates for the future.
- Recruit for all assigned open positions and communicate timely actions and next steps with team and hiring managers.
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting platforms and ATS to identify the best candidates.
- Create/update job descriptions and detailed search assignments and gain an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
- Provide exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and full lifecycle recruiting, including special search assignments.
- Generate and screen resumes and applications, schedule applicant appointments and conduct in-depth interviews.
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, background, job descriptions, and expectations.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Coordinate candidate travel when needed.
- Facilitate end to end recruitment cycle for the candidate from initial screening to offer.
- Answer questions regarding Benefits (i.e. 401K Plan, insurance, vacation, etc.).
- Prepare and place job requisition in Highgate’s ATS system (iCims).
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience focusing on manager level and above positions. Hospitality experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience with sourcing, social media recruiting techniques and other current web-based employment strategies.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close offers and overcome objections.
- Sense of urgency to meet the demands of our fast Highgate Hotels growth environment.
- Keen eye for talent –proven success, attitude and cultural enrichment are all huge factors in selecting the right talent.
- Ability to interact and influence senior operations leaders.
- Prior ATS experience. iCims preferred.
