The Hotel Indigo Vinings Atlanta is looking for a top-performing Hotel Sales Manager.

The Hotel Indigo Vinings Atlanta is currently seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Senior Sales Manager to join Hotel Indigo Vinings. As the Senior Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client base, maximizing sales revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With your expertise in sales and your exceptional customer service skills, you will play a key role in driving the success of our hotel.

Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Sales Manager
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and goals to achieve revenue targets.
- Markets to include Corporate Group, Corporate Group Leads from Cvent and Metting Broker, Sports, Associations, Education, SMERF, and Social
- Heavy emphasis on Catering Group Business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements for the Hotel Sales Manager
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a senior management role
- Proficiency in OPERA, Delphi, and Meeting Broker.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
