Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Bellman position are as follow:
Be available for flexible schedules including nights, holidays and weekends.
- Transfer trunks, packages, and other baggage to room or loading area
- Arrange for outgoing freight, express or mail shipments, computes charges, tags article and records information such as addressee, addressor, carrier and charges on specified forms
- Supply guests with information on hotel services and amenities
- Deliver requested amenities to guest rooms
- Supply guests with travel information such as transportation rates, routes and schedules
- Escort incoming guest to room
- Arrange for cleaning, laundering and repair of guests' clothing and other items
- Compute charge slips for services rendered guests and forward slips to front desk
- Perform related services as requested by guest or manager
- Other duties as assigned

- One (1) year of customer service experience
Previous Bellman and/or Doorman experience highly preferred.
