Hothead Burritos is currently hiring for an Assistant Store Manager position at our Heath location. If you are a friendly, energetic, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic we would like to hear from you.
As a Hothead Burritos manager you will be responsible for training and motivating employees, maintaining food and labor costs, driving sales growth and creating a positive experience for our guests and crew.
We require a clean record. Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience is preferred. You must be available to work nights and some days. This is a full time position. Our Assistant Managers typically work 40-45 hours per week.

Compensation based on experience ($15 per hour) plus tips ($100-$150 per week average)
